As an alternative to the use of the DUO mobile application for two-factor authentication, UC ANR offers a Hard Token.

For a number of reasons we do not recommend the use of a Hard Token over the DUO mobile application. 

However, if you need to request a Hard Token, please enter a ticket in the UC ANR support system.
