Report Incidents

Security Incidents must be reported to IT immediately.  If you have encountered any of the following, please contact help@ucanr.edu or call Help Desk at (530) 750-1212.

  • Unauthorized Access: If you suspect someone has gained access to your accounts or devices.
  • Suspicious Activity: If you see any strange behavior from any of your ANR devices, such as unexpected pop-ups, slow performance, or unusual error messages.
  • Lost or Stolen Devices: Immediately report any lost or stolen laptops, smartphones, or other ANR devices.
  • Suspicious Website or Links: URLs that seem suspicious, lead to unexpected downloads, or ask for sensitive information.
  • Unusual Account Activity: Any unfamiliar transactions, changes in account settings, or activities that users didn't initiate.
  • Data Breaches: If users suspect any unauthorized access to sensitive company data or customer information.
  • Physical Security Concerns: Any suspicious individuals or activities observed around IT infrastructure or sensitive areas.
